1. Cancellations and Refunds 1.1. Cancellations made at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the tour start, or cancellations required due to unsafe weather as determined solely by Meridian Tours, qualify for a full refund less a PayPal fee of approx. ten percent (10%). 1.2. Cancellations within seventy-two (72) hours are non-refundable, except when Meridian Tours cancels for safety, severe weather, or circumstances beyond our control. 1.3. For sunrise tours, clouds, overcast skies, or reduced visibility do not constitute “unfavorable weather” for refund purposes. 1.4. Meridian Tours has exclusive authority to determine weather conditions. Third-party forecasts, apps, or reports shall not override this authority. 2. Safety, Pick-Up, and Guide Authority 2.1. The guide’s primary duty is safe transport to and from tour locations. 2.2. The guide may alter the itinerary in response to weather, road conditions, or safety factors. All such decisions are final. 2.3. Complimentary pick-up is available from Hanksville; however, as Meridian Tours is based in Torrey, tour duration is calculated from the time the guide departs Torrey, not the Hanksville pick-up time. 3. Optional Services A. Drone Video Services A.1. Drone operations are subject to weather, environment, and guide discretion. The guide’s judgment is final. A.2. Drone flights will occur only where legally permitted; National Parks and other restricted areas are excluded. A.3. Drone flights may fail due to loss, malfunction, file corruption, or transfer failure. In such cases, your sole remedy is a refund of the drone service fee. No refund of the tour fee will be granted, even if drone footage was a primary reason for booking. B. Language Preferences B.1. Guides may conduct tours in multiple languages at no additional cost. B.2. Specific language availability is not guaranteed, as no guide is assigned exclusively to a language group. Assignments depend on operational availability.
