At Meridian Tours, we understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy below:

• Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure time will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of departure are non-refundable unless the tour is canceled due to weather or unsafe road conditions, as determined solely by Meridian Tours.

• Weather & Road Conditions: The safety of our guests is our top priority. If Meridian Tours determines that weather or road conditions make the tour unsafe or unfeasible, we reserve the right to cancel the tour. In such cases, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for a later date.
